Bringing nearly a decade of experience across various parts of the coffee world. From working behind the bar, in management, to training teams, opening new stores, running a roastery, and doing consulting work. Much of that time has been spent in active cafés during real service hours, supporting teams and systems that had to work day after day.

This background shapes how equipment service, preventative maintenance, and consulting are approached. Most of the issues that surface in cafés are not purely mechanical. They tend to emerge where equipment, water, workflow, training, and expectations overlap. The focus is on building people-first systems where machines support the team rather than becoming a source of stress or constant disruption. My work is collaborative with owners, managers, and staff, emphasizing clarity, sustainability, and reducing unnecessary pressure during service. Whether the need is repair, preventative maintenance, training, or broader support, the goal is the same. Shops should be able to operate more smoothly, confidently, and consistently over time.

All work begins with a short request form. Sharing a few details about your equipment or what you’re exploring helps gather the right information up front so follow-up can be focused, thoughtful, and efficient.

Every request is reviewed personally. I typically respond within 24 hours to clarify details, schedule service, or talk through next steps if a longer-term solution makes sense.

From there, we move into service, preventative maintenance, training, or broader support as appropriate. Some needs are one-time, others benefit from an ongoing relationship. Either way, the goal is clarity and reliability over time.
